Ingredients:

  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • - 2 tablespoons olive oil (for cooking)
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • - 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for added flavor)

  • **Instructions:**

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. In a large bowl, combine the minced chicken, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • 3. Form the chicken mixture into patties; you should have about 4-5 patties, depending on your preferred size.
  • 4. Place the panko bread crumbs on a plate. Dredge each patty in the panko, gently pressing down to ensure the crumbs adhere.
  • 5. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • 6. Once the oil is hot, add the panko-coated patties to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Or place browned the patties on a baking tray and transfer them to the oven to ensure they are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  • 7. Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  • 8. Serve warm and enjoy your chicken panko patties with your choice of dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad!
