Buffalo Sauce for Wings


Make 1 ¼ cups enough for 12 wings

Ingredients

½ cup Unsalted Butter

¾ cup Hot Sauce (Frank's RedHot, room temperature)

¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder

¼ teaspoon Soy Sauce

¼ teaspoon Kosher Salt (optional)

Cayenne pepper (to taste)

Instructions

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat until fully melted.

Once melted, add the hot sauce to the butter, stirring gently to combine.

Sprinkle in the garlic powder, soy sauce, and kosher salt (if using). Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.

Increase the heat slightly and let the mixture simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Add cayenne pepper to taste, adjusting the heat level according to your preference.

Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute before serving.
