Ingredients
  

  • 20 grams Dried carrots
  • 15 grams Dried celery
  • 15 grams Dried onion
  • 10 grams Dried bell pepper mix
  • 10 grams Dried corn
  • 10 grams Tomato dices first portion
  • 8 grams Dried mushroom slices
  • 12 grams Dried potatoes
  • 5 grams Tomato dices second portion
  • 1.5 cups Cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 2.5 cups Chicken stock or water + bouillon
  • Salt, pepper, chili flake, parsley

Method
 

  1. Load the warmerAdd all dried vegetables to the soup warmer insert.
  2. Add chicken + stockAdd cooked chicken and pour in 2.5–3 cups of chicken stock. Stir to wet all dried ingredients.
  3. Start heatingCover and turn on the 12V warmer. These units heat slowly, so expect a gentle simmer after 60–90 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionallyEvery 20–30 minutes, give the soup a quick stir to help the dried potatoes and carrots hydrate evenly.
  5. Finish + adjustWhen vegetables are fully soft (90–120 minutes), taste and adjust seasoning. Add a splash of extra stock if you prefer it brothier.
  6. Serve Enjoy directly from the warmer or transfer to a bowl. The soup will thicken slightly as it sits.
