  • 20 grams Dried carrots
  • 15 grams Dried celery
  • 15 grams Dried onion
  • 10 grams Dried bell pepper mix
  • 10 grams Dried corn
  • 10 grams Tomato dices first portion
  • 8 grams Dried mushroom slices
  • 12 grams Dried potatoes
  • 5 grams Tomato dices second portion
  • 1.5 cups Cooked chicken diced or shredded
  • 2.5 cups Chicken stock or water + bouillon
  • Salt, pepper, chili flake, parsley

Instructions

  • Load the warmerAdd all dried vegetables to the soup warmer insert.
  • Add chicken + stockAdd cooked chicken and pour in 2.5–3 cups of chicken stock. Stir to wet all dried ingredients.
  • Start heatingCover and turn on the 12V warmer. These units heat slowly, so expect a gentle simmer after 60–90 minutes.
  • Stir occasionallyEvery 20–30 minutes, give the soup a quick stir to help the dried potatoes and carrots hydrate evenly.
  • Finish + adjustWhen vegetables are fully soft (90–120 minutes), taste and adjust seasoning. Add a splash of extra stock if you prefer it brothier.
  • Serve Enjoy directly from the warmer or transfer to a bowl. The soup will thicken slightly as it sits.
