Prep the Skewers
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 20–30 min to prevent burning.
Marinade the Shrimp
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and Chili Lime Heat Rub until evenly coated.
- Let sit for 10–15 min to absorb flavors.
Assemble the Skewers
- Thread 4–5 shrimp per skewer.
Cook the Shrimp
- Grill method: Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook skewers 2–3 min per side until shrimp turn pink and opaque.
- Broil method: Preheat oven broiler. Place skewers on a foil-lined tray 4–6 inches from heat. Broil 2–3 min per side until cooked through.
Finish & Serve:
- Squeeze fresh lime over the shrimp and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
