Creamy Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake

This creamy chicken and broccoli dish is the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity. Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets steamed or blanched
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chicken broth add more if needed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried thyme optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter for greasing

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, th

  5. Fold in shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix until evenly coated. Add a splash more broth if the mixture feels too thick.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese (add extra if desired).
  8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
