Tuskan Rub Dressing
This simple homemade Tuscan-style dressing is bright, herby, and full of classic Italian flavor. Made with olive oil, vinegar, lemon, and a blend of Mediterranean herbs, it’s perfect for fresh salads, grilled vegetables, or even as a marinade for chicken or fish.

Yield: 0.75 cup
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Tuscan herb seasoning salt-free
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Add all ingredients to a jar or small bowl.
Shake or whisk until well combined.
Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the herbs to bloom.
Shake again before serving.
