Tuskan Rub Dressing

This simple homemade Tuscan-style dressing is bright, herby, and full of classic Italian flavor. Made with olive oil, vinegar, lemon, and a blend of Mediterranean herbs, it’s perfect for fresh salads, grilled vegetables, or even as a marinade for chicken or fish.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Tuscan herb seasoning salt-free
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a jar or small bowl.
  • Shake or whisk until well combined.
  • Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the herbs to bloom.
  • Shake again before serving.
