  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika or your Classic Smokehouse Rub
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ lemon sliced
  • Optional: ¼ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare seafood
  • Pat shrimp and scallops dry with a paper towel. This helps proper roasting.
  • Make the seasoning mixture
  • In a bowl, combine:
  • melted butter
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • lemon juice
  • paprika or rub
  • black pepper
  • onion powder
  • parsley
  • Assemble
  • Place shrimp and scallops in a baking dish in a single layer.
  • Pour the seasoning mixture over and gently toss.
  • Optional topping
  • Sprinkle Parmesan on top for a golden crust.
  • Bake
  • Bake 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque.
