Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Rub seasoning mixture evenly over chicken.
Arrange thighs on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a baking dish.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for crispy edges.
