Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup Frank's Red Hot pepper sauce or other Louisiana-style hot sauce
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup shredded pepper Jack cheese plus extra for topping
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix Ingredients:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, softened cream cheese, hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, shredded pepper Jack cheese, and Old Bay Seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  • Prepare the Dish:
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Add Topping:
  • Sprinkle a little extra shredded pepper Jack cheese on top for a gooey finish.
  • Bake:
