Garlic Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
