Garlic Roasted Broccoli & Cauliflower

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
