- 2 cups cooked (shredded chicken (rotisserie works great))
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup chicken broth (add more if needed)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried thyme (optional)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing)
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- Prepare the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, th

- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
